Breadfast Coffee opened their 6th retail shop on July 27 2022.
It needed to be memorable.
You have to create expereinces to build a memorable connections with consumers. That is exactly what we did.
We brought film cameras for our customers to take pictures and hang them in our store creating their coffee memories.
We introduced a brew your own coffee station where our customers helped brew their coffee with our barista.
We invited everyone to a coffee Q&A and recorded their reactions.
For the first time, we designed storyboards around the store telling the story of coffee and how Breadfast Coffee serve your favourite cup of the day.
We saw an interaction between our customers like never before.
People were lined up to brew their own coffee.
People were thrilled to be part of our Q&A and share their answers about their coffee expereinces.
We had over 150 giveaways including tote bags and bottled coffee for our 3 hour opening and it wasn’t enough.
We receieved hundreds of requests over the next 2 months to design more tote bags and sell them in our stores.
More than 200 Instagram and Facebook posts were shared online with our film cameras.
Store sales on opening day exceeded our projections by 25%.
Store traffic increased by 40% after the opening over the course of 4 weeks.
